Veritas Truth Shop is a program of Radio Veritas.

Veritas Truth Shop acknowledges that by using this website or ordering any merchandise from it, the user consents to its conditions and policies and agrees to be bound by them.

ORDERS

Orders received from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n. (Manila time) are processed on the same working day from Monday to Saturday and those received later than 1:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Only upon confirmation of payment will the order be processed.

MODES OF PAYMENT

Customers can pay Cash on Delivery (COD) or through bank deposit on the following bank accounts:

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Approved orders are shipped through our authorized local courier. Local orders within Metro Manila will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days while orders outside Metro Manila will take within 5 to 7 business days from the process date of the order.

Free Shipping

Php 1, 000.00 or more worth of single purchase within Metro Manila is free of shipping charge.

PICK UP

Pick up option is available on week days between 8-5pm at our office located at the Veritas Tower 162 West Avenue cor. EDSA, Quezon City.

Customers must provide a copy of their ID for verification at the time of pick up. The person(s) authorized to pick up orders must present an authorization letter and a copy of the ID for verification.

PRICE

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

RETURNS

All items are subject to 1 month warranty.

For warranty claims, the customer needs to return the item with the receipt to the store within 1 month. Failure to show the receipt will result to warranty rejection.

It is also recommend to keep the original product packaging if possible.

If the product cannot be replaced with the same item due to inventory limitations, the customer will have to choose for another item with the same or nearest purchase price to serve as replacement. Items will be replaced free of charge.
